We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.

Qualifications:
- 17 years old or older.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Can carry 50 pounds. (during busy days, employees are on their feet most of the day and carry chemicals and products to customer cars many times per hour)
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments on their feet.
- Basic math skills to operate cash register.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about pools, spas, water chemistry, and services provided.
- Carry chemicals and merchandize to customer cars (up to 50 pounds, sometimes several times per hour).
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Complete daily paperwork about store sales and inventory.
Work Schedule
- Flexible schedule for students!
- Stores are closed on Sundays except in May and June. Store hours are generally 10am-6pm, Monday- Saturday.
- Closed on Christmas, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving.
- Full-time is preferred, but part-time (at least 20 hrs per week) is okay, too.
- Vacations are encouraged but very limited during May and June. Vacations in May/June, if approved, are limited to 7 days. Days off are given for one’s graduation and or/ graduation party.
