Painters play an integral role in the manufacturing process and are responsible for loading and unloading the paint booths, examining products for flaws, mixing paint, prepare products for coatings application as well as maintaining equipment.
- Ability to interact effectively with the Team and demonstrate professionalism
- Possess exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be punctual and flexible regarding work hours and shifts
- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
