AVISTA SENIOR LIVING AT THE SUMMIT AT SUNLAND SPRINGS IN MESA IS Seeking LPN for Full Time Memory Care Unit. PREFER A CANDIDATE THAT HAS DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE.

Ideal LPN candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and a desire to lead a team of caregivers in providing the best possible care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia. This candidate will have the opportunity to join our Enhance Protocol Team a nationally recognized approach to help individuals programmatically identify the cause of dementia and implement individualized treatment plan. We hope to find a candidate that is knowledgeable in integrative medicine and a passion for whole wellness to truly improve resident quality of care. Joining our team would give you the opportunity to join a team that believes that there is a better way to provide excellent resident care in a long term care setting.
The Enhance Protocol has been providing relief and restoring hope to thousands of people who are living in fear of Alzheimer’s or who are already suffering from memory loss and we are excited to walk them through the process. THe Enhance Protocol is based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Dale Bredesen. Dr. Bredesen’s years of research has proven that the pathway to dementia is different for everyone. Every person has a unique history and lifestyle that may lead to cognitive decline and it is not good enough to be told “there is nothing I can do for your loved one.”
Qualified candidates will have the following characteristics:
- Be an LPN in good standing with an understanding of Arizona Assisted Living regulations and the Department of Health Services
- Have meaningful onsite experience providing care in a Assisted Living/Memory setting
- Be fun to work with and have excellent inter-personal abilities
