We seeking a Family Medicine MD or DO to become a part of our team! RC offers residents of Frisco and surrounding communities comprehensive family medicine and primary care. Due to our focus on providing high-quality patient care, the responsibilities, and qualifications that we are seeking in a candidate include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in family medicine
- Extensive knowledge regarding diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
