Highly visible management role leads in the team as a hands-on manager and regularly interacts with other managers and directors across business units.
*** Provide technical leadership in development activities on concurrent complex data projects and provide expert support to key technical and design discussions.
*** Guide and mentor Data Analysts implementing large-scale, complex enterprise applications and promote superior data analysis design principles, smart practices, guidelines, and policies.
*** Partner with Vendors, Technical teams and Vendor Management to review, define and support statement of work activities aligning with scope and delivery dates.
Requires:
*** 2+ years of prior managerial level experience and 5+ tears experience in healthcare data analytics..
*** Successful track record with large scale, high-volume data warehousing with focus on data management, data analysis, and integration strategies.
*** Hand-on ability with SAS, SQL, Netezza, or similar tools and data modeling, data mining, data integration, data architecture, data warehousing and data quality techniques.
