Requirements
Qualified candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United Sates proof of residency and or citizenship will be required. Additional requirements include
- Capable of speaking, reading and understanding English language
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a vehicle with minimum liability insurance
- Pass a background check
- Pass random drug and alcohol screening
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work Monday – Saturday
- Available to work between the hours of 4:00 pm and 1:00 am or later as needed
Skills
Qualified candidates preferred minimum 1 years work related experience in the cleaning industry.
- Competent in using cleaning equipment and cleaning compounds.
- Ability to work in a team-fostered environment
Physical Fitness
Qualified candidates must be in relatively good physical health to move freely without assistance and or limitations to perform the following essential job functions
- Stand on feet for a reasonable amount of time
- Walking a reasonable distance
- Lift and carry 10 to 50 lbs.
- Team lifting 50 lbs. or more
Candidates with physical limitations that make activities uncomfortable are encouraged to visit with their medical services provider to determine if exposure to common work environment health hazards or essential work related tasks will have a direct impact on their current medical condition and or treatment before applying.
