Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist – Peachtree Rehab – Chamblee, GA

Busy Chiropractic Office is seeking a Bilingual(English/Spanish) front desk whom is honest, goal-driven, team-oriented, multi-tasking, energetic. The candidate must be familiar with electronic medical health records, personal injury and commercial health care insurance. Customer service skills, medical front and back office skills (including but not limited to insurance verification, data entry, the ability to use medical terminology, knowledgeable of HIPPA regulations etc.) and phone skills are a must. Proficient communication with Medical and Attorney offices is mandatory. Minimum typing skills, 40 WPM.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Answering multiple phone lines * Patient check-in/out * Appointment scheduling * Insurance verification * Daily Balance Report * Checking and responding to emails appropriately and in a timely manner * Sending referrals to other medical facilities * Maintaining a presentable office for our patients * Other medical office procedures deemed necessary.

This job is for a caring chiropractic assistant that is also willing to cross train with therapies, patient care and front office. Must enjoy working with patients. Previous experience with therapies/ modalities desirable but not required.

WORK HOURS Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Initial interviews will be conducted at our Smyrna Location based on what day scheduled.
