P2P Transformation Center is seeking certified trainers to be our Coach for our fantastic Pinole location. It is our passionate mission to dazzle the community of which we serve with genuine care, enthusiasm and integrity. As a coach for P2P Transformation Center, you can use your talents to positively affect the lives of our community every time you coach a workout! Our coaches think on their feet, modify exercises as needed, and pay close attention to form. They are motivated to help our community effectively and safely meet their goals. They are certified by accredited programs, and are fully trained in group training.
Your position as a Coach would include but is not limited to maintaining the highest level of energy, leadership and knowledge while instructing class based sessions, maintaining and sharing understanding of fitness, supporting fellow team members to provide excellent customer service, motivating every level of athlete with care and empathy and maintaining an active role in creating an experience for every person that enters the door.
Requirements:
- Accredited Personal Training certification
- First Aid and CPR certification

Compensation & Perks:
- $25-35/hr base pay plus commissions on attendance
