Job Summary:

The Associate Manager, Behavioral Health will support the operations of the Behavioral Health business, and will serve as a key member of a small and entrepreneurial team with the opportunity to gain hands on experience across all the dimensions of the business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support from a project management and reporting perspective to help achieve all Behavioral health annual goals and quarterly commitments:

• Conduct analyses and establish reporting that help drive key business decisions.

• Help coordinate work cross-functionally to support key initiatives.

• Manage cross-functional project plans.

• Report on progress against business and operational objectives.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-moving organizations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly proficient in data analysis, including quickly drawing insights from complex data sets and comfort with Excel

• Strong process orientation

• Strong project management skills

• Record of creative, structured approach to problem-solving and data-centered communication and decision-making.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 3+ years of related experience at management consulting firm and/or experience on a Product, Business Operations, or Internal Strategy team at a technology company

• Record of creative, structured approach to problem-solving and data-centered communication and decision-making.

• Startup experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain seating in a stationary position roughly 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about.

• No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.

• Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).

• Some overnight business travel may be required.
