Member Duties : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: – Coordinating and improving upon member support and retention initiatives – Working with PSP office team and VISTA members to create new and improve existing feedback collection and management systems. – Coordinating events and activities related to 1.) service projects, 2.) national service events, 3.) quarterly trainings, 4.) new-member orientation, and 5.) monthly training. – Coordinating and engaging in meaningful member, sub-site, and community partner recognition initiatives. – Acquiring donations and building partnerships with local and other businesses and organizations to support activities related to recognition, training, events, service projects, and other activities. * ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST 1 FULL-TIME SERVICE TERM WITH: AmeriCorps VISTA (1 full service term), AmeriCorps (1700-hour service term), OR Peace Corps (1 full service term)
