Plumbing and Mechanical Superintendent

We are a Fort Collins based mechanical contractor, seeking the right individuals to become key members of our team. We are currently seeking additional plumbers. Qualifications:

· Professional appearance

· Responsive and self-motivated

· Strong attention to detail and extremely well organized

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Professionalism and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients

· Willingness to learn and grow with the company

· Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Bluebeam

· High School Diploma or General Education Development

· Past experience working in commercial and residential plumbing is beneficial

· Knowledge of Construction Management

· Knowledge of the mechanical plumbing trade is helpful (i.e. the submittal process, change orders, RFPs, contract analysis, etc.)

· Minimum of 5 years management experience

· Minimum of 10 years plumbing and mechanical experience

· Complete understanding of 2015 International Plumbing Code

· Comprehensive knowledge of 2015 International Mechanical Code

· Vast system knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling, and medical piping systems

· Must be able to pass a background check

· A Motor Vehicle Report will be required at the time of the interview

Pay: $45,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year
