We are currently hiring for call center agents for a small call center in Austin (about 10 minutes north of The Capital).
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-4:30p (also looking for someone who might be able to work until 6 as a back up if needed)
Pay: $12/hour – Weekly Pay

Description
Position is responsible for placing inbound and outbound calls to employers/plan administrators (health plans) who have not provided a complete response.
About 1.5 weeks of initial training time.
TX NMSN Overview
The National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) is a federal child support form that is issued to an employer when a parent is obligated to provide medical insurance for their dependent through their employer, if it is available. The NMSN program is required to be carried out by each state agency who enforces child support in their respective state.
The MAXIMUS Texas NMSN Program is a full service processing center for all NMSN responses in Texas. We handle pretty much everything once the NMSN has been mailed out for delivery by our client, the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Texas. The core of the Texas NMSN Program is the NMSN Web Application (Also known as EWS – Employer Web Services, internally). The web application is an online portal for employers to respond to their NMSNs through logging into the OAG website. The Web App functions as a self service station for registered online employers, while also acting as the back-end portal for the NMSN Operations team to process responses and other documents for employers who are not registered to report online.
Customer Service – Probably the largest component of what we do. Our Customer Service Team is available from 8-6 CT to field calls from employers and parents about the NMSN process. We can complete responses over the phone and also provide general information about how the NMSN process works. The Customer Service and Data Entry Teams also spend much of their time placing outbound calls to improve adherence to the NMSN program in Texas, all the while encouraging employers to register online and take advantage of the many benefits of responding without paper.
