This is what we’d like you to do:
Be responsible for all phases of Teller Operations and creating an exceptional member experience!
These are what your duties and responsibilities will be:
Direct oversight for the Teller line: make or approve decisions for department, scheduling, employee development.
Assist with complex transactions, research, overrides authority and transaction approvals and/or inquiries.
Perform daily closing duties, including balancing of coin machine, money orders, cashier’s checks, cash advances, vault and cash dispatch. Ensure branch is balanced at the end of day.
Ensure team promotes KFCU as a full-service credit union and provides referrals to meet targeted branch goals.
Identifies ways to turn member service into a member experience and coaches the teller team to do the same.
Responsible for training and development of new and existing tellers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies and applicable regulations.
Support the credit union’s mission, vision, strategic goals, quality initiatives and service standards.
Provide exceptional internal and external member service.
Can you to bring to the table:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
Four years directly related experience in a Financial Institution in Operations with two years as a Teller preferred
1-2 years of supervisory experience highly preferred
Must have thorough knowledge of operational policies, procedures and applicable regulations (Reg CC, E, BSA, D, Patriot Act, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with members and employees
Strong multi-tasking skills
MS Office Suite experience
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
