As our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Sr Engineer, you will use extensive knowledge of the IAM field along with your hands-on development expertise to help implement and mature a business-focused IAM strategic roadmap. This role will be part of a fast-paced team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IAM technology and processes.
Required
- Development experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, Spring, Angular, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services
- Experience with API security and API integration with IAM systems for sharing identity contexts.
- Experience with LDAP/Directory Services technologies.
- Knowledge of IT, service-oriented architectures, software development life cycles, or information security platforms and applications.
- Experience with preparing test cases, test plans, as well as perform unit and peer testing.
- Ability to perform ad hoc support with strong analytical skills for troubleshooting
- Ability to create documentation of process, guidelines, standards, technical specifications, as well as drawing network & system architecture diagrams
- Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management and user provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Knowledge of role-based access control, access certification, and separation of duties (SoD)
- Knowledge of IAM concepts such as identity management, provisioning, authentication, authorization, certification/governance, monitoring, role mining along with experience in security best practices.
- Identity and access data correlation, normalization and building of cohesive identity and access data models for large enterprises.
- Experience in development, implementation and successful operationalization of Enterprise IAM Tools
Preferred
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) suites such as SailPoint, RSA Aveksa, or Micro Focus/Novell.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (IAM) suites such as CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
- Experience with Data access Governance (DAG) suites such as StealthAudit or Varonis.
- Experience in UNIX/Linux OS and/or Cisco IOS strongly preferred.
- Complex Identity and Access Management integration and service delivery use cases and requirements.
Position Summary:
The Information Security-Cybersecurity Senior role is a member of the information security team and works closely with the other members of the team to develop and implement a comprehensive information security program. This includes implementing/supporting technology, defining security policies, processes and standards. The senior role collaborates with the IT department to select and deploy technical controls to meet specific security requirements and defines processes and standards to ensure that security configurations are maintained.?The function serves as a functional expert for information security ensure the adherence to MultiCare Information Security Policies and Standards. Additionally, the senior role will monitor for and react to security incidents
Minimum Requirements:
6 years of IT or information security experience
Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent related additional experience, or combination of education and experience
