Call Center Customer Service Representative – Intercept of Florida – Intercept of Florida – Fort Myers, FL

We are looking for talented individuals to assist us in providing answering services on behalf of our customers. Our Agents are representatives for different nationwide customers by answering their incoming calls and assisting their clients. We answer anything from routine calls to emergencies 24 hours a day/365 days a year.

Job Requirements

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all callers, care, and advocate for our clients, and address their needs in the most efficient time and manner.
  • Follow the client-specific screens to answer caller questions; taking messages and relaying information as directed
  • Assist in keeping customer instructions current and accurate
  • Assist in various administrative functions as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school graduate (or GED)
  • Ability to work different shifts – holidays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent thinker
  • Proficient spelling and typing (35 WPM)
  • Excellent memory, recall, and ability to accurately record messages
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Must be reliable
