Responsibilities:
*Must be able to set and meet sales and gross objectives while motivating sales team
*The ideal candidate must have the ability to recruit and grow sales consultants
*Support sales staff in deal closure and approval
*Handle retail related concerns and customer complaints
*Present and demonstrate our product line throughout the vehicle buying process
*Deliver information clearly, accurately and promptly via email, phone and in person
*Consistently provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
*Assist in vehicle inventory levels and control
Requirements
*Self-motivated and competitive
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Attention to detail
*Time management skills
*Ability to as a team member in a team environment
*Must be a strong closer with the willingness to engage customers early to maximize gross
Two years minimum management experience as an Automotive Sales Manager a must.
General Motors or Subaru experience a plus
