Summary of the Position: Re-Entry Specialist is a part-time employee who spends 20 hours per week providing clients with holistic assessments and individualized service plans to support successful transition to their communities by delivering trauma-informed services through one-on-one and group sessions.
Qualifications/Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferred; commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
