Food and Beverage Supervisor
Northern Quest Resort and Casino, the Inland Northwest’s Premier Resort and Casino, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our management team.

Summary of Functions
To supervise and coordinate activities in front of house of food and beverage outlets and to provide the guests with a great experience. Delivery of high-level guest service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full service, high volume dining and at least one year in a FOH supervisor or manager role; Experience with computer based POS system necessary; Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. High School diploma or GED;
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
Washington State health card – By date of hire; Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification – 90 days from employment, or 1st class offered.
