POSITION SUMMARY

Winner Subaru Volkswagen is looking for a Sales lot attendant whom supports the work of managers and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. They work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution. This is a great way to gain exposure into the automotive industry and to start a career path! The ideal candidate should have integrity, work ethic, and team oriented.


Automotive Lot Attendant – Essential Duties

  • Keeps used-vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the used-vehicle manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows etc. as needed.
  • Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
  • Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.
  • Picks up parts from parts department.
  • Performs light maintenance on vehicles as needed, i.e., replaces windshield wiper blades, repairs or changes tires, replenishes fluids etc.
  • Keeps vehicles fueled.
  • Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Valid Drivers License

Automotive Lot Attendant – Education and/or Experience

  • No prior experience or training.
  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
