Salon & Spa Customer Service Representative – Santo Salon & Spa – Pepper Pike, OH

We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to become a key member of our team. We are a Upscale salon & spa providing a 5-star experience and are truly committed to making a positive difference in our guests’ lives. This new position opening is due to the continued growth of our business.

Successful candidates will be smart and driven by a desire to help our salon/spa guests. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to manage intra-office and client relationships. We are looking for individuals who want to put the client’s best interests first and above all else. Our clients experience is at the core of our culture. Candidate must demonstrate outstanding people skills, organizational skills, a professional and easy to work with personality, a can-do attitude, and are able to thrive while completing a variety of tasks.

Our salon and spa is privately owned and demonstrates the environment that is founded in most five star retail establishments. We have excellent systems, technology and vendor relationships that are typically found with large top notch retail establishments, all to put us in a position to provide our guests the ultimate experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be the first impression when guests come in or call our salon/spa
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments
  • Check guests in and out
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Perform other projects as assigned


  • Independent and action driven with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Retail/Customer service
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with both staff and guests
