Mid-Level Electrical Engineer – Infrastructure Factor Consulting (iFactor) – El Segundo, CA

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS Electrical Engineering or BS Architectural Engineering
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team, with the drive to grow
  • 5-7-Years working experience with building electrical systems
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident; sponsorship is not available
  • Project Experience with Revit a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desired Skills

  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Healthcare|OSHPD Experience
  • Energy Code Compliance
  • LEED Accreditation
  • Project Management experience
  • Client Relationship management skills

Responsibilities

  • Management of projects and coordination with other disciplines
  • Listen to client needs, formulate responses, and present solutions in report form and as face-to-face presentations
  • Load calculations, lighting level calculations
  • Power system and lighting layout and design
  • Field survey of existing conditions
  • Construction administration including construction meeting attendance, submittal review, RFI responses, and field inspection
  • Short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies
  • Supervision of other trades and junior staff
