Single specialty physician practice actively seeking an experienced Clinical Manager. This position is full time exempt Monday through Friday.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overall operations of the clinical and back office functions including inventory management, supervision of back office nurses/medical assistants and in office lab.
This position is responsible for clinical policies and procedures and works closely with the Administrator and physician leadership in establishing and monitoring protocols. Position is responsible for conducting quality and documentation audits, and actively participating in Electronic Health Record software upgrades/training. The Clinical Manager will be hands on working with providers and staff as needed. The Clinical Manager works collaboratively with the management team, Administrator and the physician Board.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, RN with a minimum of 5 years management experience in a clinical or private practice setting. Position is an exempt position with paid time off, medical benefits, and 401k. Salary DOE.
