D&< Industrial Services, Inc. has been the leading provider of office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and floor care services for over forty years. We are currently looking for an experienced custodian to maintain multiple local school buildings, car wash, and office buildings in the Kalamazoo area.
This position is guaranteed 40 hours a week – Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm.
*Summer hours 7am – 3:30pm*
Must have Valid Driver’s License and clear driving record.

Duties include:
· Detailed cleaning and disinfection of restrooms top to bottom
· Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
· Empty trash receptacles
· General cleaning of furniture, windows, window sills, and walls
· Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets and break rooms
· Setting up and cleaning up after scheduled events
· Training new employees
Qualifications and Skills:
· Must have prior training experience.
· Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance and driving record.
· Must have Janitorial experience.
· Must have a Felony Free background and be able to pass a drug test and fingerprinting.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
