SCHEDULE:
Position is full-time. Approximately 40 hours per week; additional hours may be required.


COMPENSATION:
Salary based on experience and qualifications.


POSITION SUMMARY:
The VP, Home Care is responsible for developing relationships, establishing solid referral sources, compliance oversight, quality assurance and management, developing market share, assuring case management, and customer satisfaction within the assigned territory to increase market presence in each market. Position will collaborate with the Executive and Administrative Teams on plans, track, and document their activity accurately and meet goals efficiently. Ability to be self-directed, ambitious energetic leadership style to create a known presence in market areas. Must be proficient in computer skills and willing to learn home care software system. Create a payor source mix to reach revenue goals with confident understanding of Medicare Skilled Home Care.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with curriculum including sales, marketing, advertising and/or public relations. RN degree possible if individual has experience in business operations to include sales, marketing, and/or public relations.

Minimum of 5 years sales and or management experience in senior housing and/or home care or 5 years’ experience as an experienced RN with Home Care business operational experience.

  • Must conduct all business with a professional manner, with a high level of confidentiality and perform under various time-sensitive or stressful

  • Demonstrated skill and proficiency with Windows-based computer applications (specifically Word and Excel software) other health care industry related software, and office
  • Conceptual thinking skills and the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and problems and to use independent judgment to make decisions, and to recommend and/or implement
  • Ability to listen and communicate in English clearly, fluently and diplomatically in both oral and written formats; also, to maintain excellent interpersonal and cooperative relationships with management, staff and
