We are hiring Full-Time RNs in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/3B Flex unit. We have expanded our PCU from 12 beds to a 30-bed unit.
This unit is a great opportunity for any nurse looking to get into our higher acuity ICUs and Emergency Department. This unit will provide a great amount of diverse patient population and has the opportunity to work with overflow ICU patients.

Our mission is to:
- Provide access to quality preventive, acute and chronic health care for all the citizens of Denver regardless of ability to pay
- Provide life-saving emergency medicine and trauma services to Denver and the Rocky Mountain region
- Fulfill public health functions as dictated by the Denver Charter and the needs of the citizens of Denver
- Provide health education for patients
- Participate in the education of the next generation of health care professionals, and
- Engage in research, which enhances our ability to meet the health care needs of Denver Health system patients.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Associates degree required.
Experience:
- At least one-year RN experience in a direct patient care setting preferred.
Credentials
• Registered Nurse (Required) Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Colorado or a participating compact state. National board certification is a preference and encouraged for staff nurses.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Colorado or a participating compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from American Heart Association (Required) American Heart Association (AHA)
