Required Documents:
- Current RN License/Diploma in the state of Texas
- 2 Forms of ID
- Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
- TB Test Results (PPD or Chest X-Ray)
- CPR certification
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working with the elderly as an RN
