Welder Job Summary
- Our welders are focused on the repair of small to large sized steel waste containers (MIG welding)
- Must be able to function smart devices and adapt to our maintenance tracking technology
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Welding certifications are not required
- Shifts are typically between 8-10 hours. Required work hours are determined based on local legal limits and work hours may vary by site and daily workload.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with preparation of containers for welding, painting and delivery
- Assisting lead fabricator when necessary
- Torch burning and plasma cutting
- Operates forklifts
- Requires lifting 50 pounds or more
- Must have own welding hood, 2-4 lb. hammer, tape measure, wire cutters and screwdriver
