Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Handle files of even the highest complexity with minimal need for oversight. Handle prehearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and hearings on claims where allowed. Recognize the need for Utilization Review, question treatment plans and identify cost savings measures. Successfully bring about ERTW and communicate with medical providers to obtain good results. Create accurate profile of claimants from the investigation and from that manage the development of the claims assigned.
