Receptionist/Customer Service – Jon’s Flags & Poles Inc. – Riverside, CA

Job Summary

Jon’s Flags & Poles Inc. has an immediate opening for a receptionist/customer service representative. Serving southern California patriots since 1969 Jon’s has proudly provided quality flags, flagpoles and patriotic gifts emphasizing old fashioned customer service. As a vital member of our highly skilled and close net team you will perform all receptionist and clerical duties in addition to customer service tasks as requested. Support a strong team and provide an ideal customer experience by joining Jon’s professional, upbeat staff in a congenial and productive workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain Files and Documentation

Receive and Direct Phone Calls

Provide Customer Service

Maintain Office Equipment/Supplies

Data Entry

Schedule Requirements:

Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent- College degree preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office – (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Experience with accounting software

Accurate and timely data entry

  • Must possess strong work ethic, being reliable and dependable.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Must possess ability to embrace team concepts and participate in growth and development.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills as well as strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to take direction and follow specific instruction.
  • Must be able to multi-task, plan and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have verifiable employment references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
