Ciocca Dealerships of State College is looking to add an experienced New Car Sales Manager to their growing team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Bullpen every day with sales staff and member of service
- Implement strategies for achieving sales and gross profits
- Follow the Ciocca process or purchasing and trading used vehicles through various outlets
- Possess a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages
- Work effectively with the BDC, Finance, and Service department
- Be ethical and transparent in leading all operations
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Automotive Sales Management experience preferred
- Lead outstanding customer service and high employee engagement programs and systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to create a positive working climate for employees to excel and promote
