Summary/Objective

The Sales Support Branch Expert provides exceptional customer service to sales contractors assigned to the local field office. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment with many interruptions while maintaining a happy and positive attitude! We are growing fast and would love for YOU to play a critical role in our organization!
Essential Functions
Coordinating all aspects of the sales rep arrival experience in the local office
Assembling welcome baskets containing basic toiletries and food items and leaving them in apartments prior to sales rep arrival
Working closely and remotely with the Corporate Housing Coordinator. This includes but is not limited to: inspecting apartments for cleanliness and to ensure there are no maintenance issues prior to move-in
Tracking keys and fobs in an organized manner for each apartment
Ensuring keys and fobs are returned to the apartment complex at the appropriate time
Assisting the Housing Coordinator with in-person tasks related to apartment furniture rental
Traveling to local government offices to assist with compliance and solicitor permitting tasks
Gathering and storing personal information from sales contractors securely
Issuing and tracking ipads and uniforms issued to sales staff
Notifying the housing coordinator of any sales representatives who change apartment location
Other duties as assigned

Preferred/Required Qualifications:
1 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant (Preferred).
Basic knowledge of sales process and terminology (Preferred).
Reliable transportation (Required).
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, seasonal hourly position with the possibility of a permanent position if performance is exceptional.
Pay/Benefits
$13-$15 hourly wage

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, in addition to being required to travel with a personal vehicle .
