Pay is minimum wage when you are in the store $12.32 per hour and $9.30 when your on a delivery.
Mileage compensation (currently at $0.29 per mile driven during shift, paid out nightly)
Tips
Employees earn sick leave (1 Hour for every 30 hours worked with a cap of 48 hours)
Employee meals at 40% off menu price
Medical, Vision and Dental coverage available to all employees who average 30 hours per week for 12 months
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver pizza from Domino’s Location to surrounding neighborhoods (limited delivery areas)
- Confirms Pizza Orders
- Receives and calculates change if/when needed
- Assist in stores while not on deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and road safety while on delivery
- You must be comfortable driving in all types of conditions. (Snow, Rain, and plenty of Sunshine)
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with at least 2 years of driving history
- Clean driving record (less than 3 violations in 3 years, and no drug/alcohol violations within 5 years).
- Provide a clean and reliable vehicle and maintain current auto insurance.
- Be willing to meet Image Standards and cover any offensive visible tattoos (no face) and remove piercings.
- Weekend availability
- Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions is a must
