We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented applicants to be part of our team. Our priority at Healing Hearts Home Health is to provide compassionate, reliable services to homebound and vulnerable members of our community. We treat our clients with the same tender loving care we would want our own loved ones to receive. Working under the direction of the RN, the CNA provides care in patient’s homes including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, some meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Applicants must have current Wyoming nursing assistant certification and current CPR certification. Home health experience preferred, but not required.
Applicants must be able to:
– Provide high quality and warmhearted care
– Work independently and as part of a team
– Communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing
– Pass drug screen and background check
– Provide own reliable transportation and proof of insurance
