Rejuvenate Men’s Health is seeking a Utah licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in testosterone replacement therapy to join our medical team. The position supports two practice locations, (1) in South Ogden, UT and (2) Lehi UT.

Your major responsibilities will include:

· Assess patient’s health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and vitals.

· Use lab results to create custom testosterone replacement treatment plans.

· Prescribe and refill medications, peptides and testosterone replacement therapies.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

· Must be experienced in evaluating Lab results.

· Must have experience in testosterone replacement therapy and Peptides.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • NP, BLS, ACLS, Current State Nursing License (Required)
  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Current and unrestricted state license
  • Current and unrestricted DEA license
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $100,000-150,000 per year
