Medical Billing Specialist Part Time
Medical practice is seeking a part time medical biller. Responsibilities include pursuing unpaid claims, correcting and resubmitting claims, pursuing insurance companies for unpaid claims, talking to patients for pending balance etc.
This position is an in office position. Previous experience with medical billing is a must.
Experience with Athenahealth EMR would be a plus as we currently use Athenahealth as our billing company. We are looking for someone to pursue claim denials and secondary claims.
