The Beauty Clinic is looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant to work alongside our Doctor and Nurse Practitioner. We are a busy medspa in Aventura and we focus on injectible treatments (Botox and filler) and skin lasers.
This is a full time position. Your hours of work will generally be 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, but you must be available to stay later if needed. You must be available one Saturday per month, 9am-1pm.
You MUST have experience in a medical office setting (front desk experience is acceptable). Please do not apply if you do not have at least 1 year experience working in a medical, dental, veterinary, or optometrist office.
Candidate must:
Possess excellent communication skills as there is a lot of patient interaction.
Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Be able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Have the ability to take instruction in a positive manner.
Be friendly, gentle, and enthusiastic.
We will fully train the Medical Assistant to:
Set up the treatment rooms for Botox and Filler treatments
Prepare the Botox and Filler syringes
Review the treatment with the patient
Clean the patient’s face and apply numbing cream
Take before and after photos
Clean up after procedures
Make appointments
Perform other administrative duties involved in facial aesthetic treatments.
Experience as a staff member in a medical office is REQUIRED.
