We are looking for hardworking, career minded, and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Agents. Our office is looking to grow our clientele in Newnan, and we want motivated and professional licensed agents to join our team. As an agent, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to educate customers on the value of GEICO’s insurance offerings, drive sales and cultivate long term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Make sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service
- Educate prospective and current clients on auto, home, and renter’s insurance
- Service existing accounts and ensure customers make informed buying decisions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls
- Follow up on GEICO generated sale leads
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior success in a sales role
- Property and Casualty License
- Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality, and a love of working with people is a must
- A knack for remembering data and details
- A talent for dealing with difficult customers
- Strong computer skills; ability to learn and work within multiple quoting systems

- $35,000 – $75,000 on track earnings (Hourly plus commissions); Hourly base pay structure ($12-15/HR) with unlimited/uncapped commissions

Pay: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
