What will you be doing?
The Livestream Producer will manage the live streaming of virtual trade shows, conferences and events from pre-production through post, including:
- Develop run-of-show documents and necessary training materials.
- Lead rehearsals and dry-runs of all events, including ensuring video and audio quality for all participants.
- Work with key opinion leaders to pre-record content that will not be streamed live.
- Set up and run all equipment and software to effectively stream live events.
- Supervise or execute post-event archiving, hosting, and production of deliverables.
What are we looking for?
You’re an amazing communicator with strong organizational skills, adept at staying cool in high-stress situations. You also have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in media production, marketing, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated professional experience with livestreaming equipment such as Wirecast Pro, vMix, Live Stream Studio 6, Twitch, OBS, or Xsplit.
- Advanced experience with Zoom – we’re talking more than joining a video call. You’re a pro at utilizing all of Zoom’s streaming capabilities and can talk someone else through it, too.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in client management, project management, or another delivery-related role.
