Customer Service – ABC Nanny Source, LLC – Portland, OR


Monday through Friday (full time)
$18 to $25+ per hour

  • Must be able to provide a home work area free of distractions.
  • Must have an internet connection with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 15 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Cable, DSL or Fiber Optic/FiOS providers only). Satellite internet providers cannot be used due to equipment restrictions.
  • Cannot use a wireless connection. Your device must be directly connected to router/modem via Ethernet cable.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
