We are seeking to hire per-Diem RNs/LVNs, and CHHA who are experienced, motivated, and capable of working independently at the patients’ homes to perform home health and hospice care. Multi-lingual clinicians especially in Spanish, Armenian, Chinese, Korean and/or Farsi/Arabic are preferred but not required. Our documentation is done online and is completely paperless. We cover all areas within a 60-mile radius from the greater Los Angeles area including, but not limited to, Santa Monica, Malibu, Long Beach, Cerritos, Whittier, South Bay, Covina, Arcadia, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, the San Fernando Valley and some areas in Orange County, Ventura County, Palmdale, San Bernardino, Victorville, Palm Springs, and Calexico.

Qualifications:
– Valid Professional License/Certificate
– Valid California Driver’s License
– At least one (1) year home health experience
– Physical exam/TB test/Chest X-Ray
– Professional Liability Insurance
– Reliable method of transportation
– Eligible for Employment in the United States
– Good command of the English language, both oral and written
