NYU Imaging is a growing network of outpatient Radiology facilities with 10 locations in Queens, Long Island, and Manhattan. We have state-of-the-art equipment and friendly staff and offer a warm environment where you can learn, grow, and care for your friends and neighbors right in your own community. We are now seeking a Mammography Tech to join our team at our Hillcrest location.
In this role, you will perform diagnostic exams and assist physicians during a variety of procedures. This will include interacting with patients, taking histories, explaining procedures, and preparing and positioning patients for mammography exams as well as bone density, as well as safely operating digital equipment.
Certificate from an accredited school of radiologic technology, current ARRT certification and NY State Radiologic Technology License (RT) are also required and Advance Certification in Mammography.
Please note this is a Saturday 8am-4pm shift
