Front Desk Support Staff Member – Elite PT – Rehoboth Beach, DE

Responsibilities:
-Must be able to perform effectively, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

-Must have excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact professionally with a variety of customers, including but not limited to patients, families, co-workers, volunteers, and physicians throughout the work shift.

-Must be a team player, flexible, outgoing, and enthusiastic!

-Employee will be responsible for scheduling, entering patient demographics, collection of monies, maintaining documentation of patient’s accounts, and able to adapt to the changing demands of the front desk, healthcare, and technology.

Requirements:

-High school education

-Prior experience preferred

Times Needed:
Afternoons & Evenings

-Schedule: Primarily Monday-Thursday: 3-6:30pm, Friday: 3-5:30pm, occasional Saturday morning, and additional hours if coverage is needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
