LifeStance Health is seeking Full-Time (Part Time Considered) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP/PMHCNS) to join our new group practice in Waltham, MA.
Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations (as appropriate).
While working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, the Nurse Practitioner will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric assessment
- Provide medication management
- Effectively communicate with referring providers and client family members
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution is required
- ANCC – Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification is required
- Hold a valid DEA
- Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients
- Experience providing evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations

Pay: $150,345.00 – $220,243.00 per year
