Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) drives new sales opportunities for Alyrica. By following the multi-touch profiling & prospecting campaign, you generate new sales conversations every week and follows them to close. You are supported by a Sales Manager and Customer Service Representatives.

Duties:

  • Generates new sales conversations within our residential vertical
  • Conducts needs analysis meetings, proposes solutions, and closes new business opportunities
  • Contact existing customers for neighborhood referrals and create special incentives through local events: rodeo/carnivals/fairs
  • Attends networking events and other events as requested by the leadership team
  • Understand the current sales processes and make recommendations for improvements with perceived bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or duplicated efforts
  • Liaise with customer service, marketing, and other sales team members to understand the full prospect/customer life cycle from lead generation to customer success
  • Consistently maintain clean and accurate data in ZOHO
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager
  • Go the extra mile in helping our customers

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and motivated with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRMs
  • Flexible work hours including evenings and Saturdays
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
