Strategic Account Manager – West – Sustainability Solutions – Stryker – Remote

What you will do:

  • Protect, grow, build, manage, and maintain strong business relationships with senior leadership within select IDN’s in the West.
  • Broaden and deepen relationships with senior-level contacts within assigned accounts to elevate reprocessing to a Strategic Initiative for our customers.
  • Work closely with the Field Organization to target, sell, and increase compliance within specific IDNs.
  • Perform presentations and Business Reviews to new and existing clients
  • Develop, implement, and manage Business Plans for new and existing corporate contracts.
  • Ensure communication and support for key strategic IDN agreements including, but not limited to performing corporate-level Business Reviews.
  • Report to the Director of Strategic Sales and work in collaboration with Field Organization to secure new IDN agreements; and renew and grow existing agreements.
  • Coordinating the company’s submissions of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective IDNs within assigned accounts.
  • Reviewing usage reports as prepared by the Business Analysts for strategic accounts for accuracy, trends, and additional sales opportunities.
  • Other related assignments or duties as assigned

What you need:

  • BA/BS required
  • 6+ years proven sales or sales related experience in medical device company, group purchasing organization, or healthcare position with knowledge of healthcare supply chain, contracting, and corporate/national relations
