Nurse Mgr – Med/Surg – Greenbrier Valley Medical Center – Ronceverte, WV

The Mgr of Med/Surg is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Medical Surgical . This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. The Clinical Nurse Manager assists and reports to the Director of Med/Surg with unit operations and management duties as assigned.
