Plainview, NY. AHRC Nassau seeks a Manager of Employee Health to be an integral part of the Human Resources Team to support the agency’s COVID-19 and other employee health/ safety efforts. You will primarily manage the Coronavirus hotline, staff, and related functions supporting the agency’s workforce. Additional duties will include participating in employee infection control and safety/workers compensation case review efforts. As the pandemic declines, this position is planned to branch out into other areas of employee health and wellness.

To be a Manager of Employee Health, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in health care, community health/admin, HR or related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products
  • Must be organized, able to follow policies, procedures and protocols, and able to quickly adapt workflows in accordance with changing guidance
  • Must be effective in managing data and guidance documents
  • Certification in Employee Health preferred
