Full-time; 72 hours bi-weekly, 7p-7a

STARTING WAGE AT $15.00/HR OR GREATER BASED ON EXPERIENCE PLUS POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS

Must have valid Maryland CNA License for consideration

Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and in a team relationship, performs a wide range of nursing care activities and related services to provide care for the personal needs and comfort of patients while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Maintains and demonstrates competencies in clinical practice to include age specifics. Maintains clinical competency and participates in continuing education related to health care issues.

Requirements

Education – Graduation from High School or equivalent required. Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program. Experience – Experience in health care setting preferred. Licensure/Certification – Current certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Maryland required. Current BLS (CPR) in compliance with policy. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Ability to apply the standards of professional nursing practice with compassion and empathy. Basic computer skills required. Must possess high level of organizational and communication skills.
