At Cano, we are looking for a Community Outreach Representative who will coordinate and implementing community activities and events. This candidate will work closely with the manager and team members to develop/maintain/deepen relationships with community-based organizations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on Cano Health’s values, health services, and providers.
  • Maintain a record of future member contact information
  • Delivers presentations attend meetings and distribute educational materials to potential members.
  • Implement specific outreach strategies to connect with community members, healthcare professionals, and families seeking healthcare services.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals and growth targets, as established by management.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and/or outdoor events.
  • Ability to drive around the community to events when needed, set up event/exhibit displays.

Experience & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong networking experience.
  • Strong Compassionate and Empathetic communication skills.
  • Excellent technical and creative skills to promote, organize, and coordinate events to promote Cano’s health services.
  • The ideal candidate has event planning experience.
  • Must be Bilingual.
