Job Description
Ideal Home Care is seeking to hire HHA’s/PCA’s residents who live-in Ronkonkoma, New York to work 7-days-on, 7 days-off live-in cases located in Suffolk County.
Position: Live-ins
Hours: 13 hours per day
Locations: Ronkonkoma, NY, Suffolk County
Start Date: Immediately
Hourly Rates: $15.00-$22.50/hr.

Ideal Home Care offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week quality care giver to provide assistance, including personal care and companionship.
Job Requirements:
Work with patients of all ages that require care in their homes.
Must be able to carry out patient care plan activities
Must be caring, patient and compassionate caregiver
Be able to accompany patients to doctor’s offices or to hospital visits.
Professional Qualifications:
Valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Private Care Aide) Certificate.
Up-to-date Physical (within the last 12 months).
Drug Screen Report (8-10 panel)
PPD or QuantiFERON
Chest X-ray
Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, medication reminders, personal. hygiene, eating and transportation.
Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
Ensure highest client safety and well-being.
